Frequently
Asked Questions

Clear answers on how I bridge product design, marketing, and conversion to help your business grow.
Do you work with early-stage startups or established businesses?

Both. I work with early-stage startups that need to design and launch a new digital product from scratch, as well as established businesses looking to optimize an existing product, redesign their e-commerce store, or improve customer acquisition through Meta Ads.

My ideal project is any digital experience where design directly impacts revenue, conversion, or user retention.

Most teams treat design and marketing as separate silos: designers create interfaces, while marketers drive traffic.

I connect both. I design digital products and e-commerce stores with acquisition in mind, ensuring the user experience converts the traffic brought in by Meta Ads. This unified approach eliminates friction between marketing spend and customer conversion.

An e-commerce engagement goes beyond setting up a basic store template. A typical scope includes:

  • UX/UI Design & Architecture: Mobile-first layout, custom product page structure, and intuitive site navigation.

  • WordPress & WooCommerce Development: Custom, fast, and secure store setup built on Elementor or native block workflows.

  • Checkout & Conversion Optimization: Streamlined checkout flows designed to minimize cart abandonment.

  • Tracking & Analytics: Setup of essential conversion pixels and event tracking to prepare your store for performance marketing.

Every project is scoped based on complexity, business objectives, and deliverables rather than fixed hourly rates.

  • Product Design & E-commerce: Typically structured as fixed-scope project milestones (usually 3–8 weeks depending on depth).

  • Performance Marketing & Growth: Structured on a monthly retainer basis to allow for continuous ad testing, strategy refinement, and campaign optimization.

Following our initial strategy call, I provide a detailed project proposal outlining clear deliverables, timelines, and costs.

Yes. If you already have an operational website or product, I evaluate your current user experience first. If the experience is ready to convert, we launch targeted Meta Ad campaigns built on strategic messaging, audience segmentation, and creative testing. If the website has friction points that will waste ad spend, I recommend quick conversion tweaks before running ads.
